What’s our impact?

in March of 2023, Christine Yeager left her 11+ year career at Coca-Cola behind in search of aligning her values to her work. She moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Golden, Colorado and began CSY Impact Consulting.

Christine Yeager

With over 15 years in the CPG industry, Christine Yeager brings expertise across business operations to drive an economy powered by circularity and social equity. During her 11+ years at Coca-Cola, she gained extensive experience in communication planning, marketing, technology implementation, program management, business planning, account management, and capability building—all culminating in her role shaping sustainability strategy and operational plans.

Christine set enterprise-wide strategic direction for sustainability goals and commitments, augmenting credible corporate actions with clear marketing assets and media plans to amplify innovation in the marketplace. She established priorities for innovation pipelines in packaging, creating compelling stories that build advocacy and drive positive change.

Focused on reducing waste, advancing the circular economy, and cutting greenhouse gas emissions, Christine’s passion and energy inspire others to join the mission for a better world. She actively seeks diverse perspectives to strengthen teams and deliver impactful results.
